LOWI does not comment on whether or not a matter has been brought to the attention of the LOWI. It does not discuss cases with members of the press or others.
The LOWI exercises restraint because of the privacy of those involved.
A LOWI opinion is published on the website in anonymised form, in principle 3 weeks after the Board has issued its final Ruling, and at the latest 3 months after the LOWI has given its opinion. LOWI opinions are therefore available to the public. Members of the press and others can check the LOWI website to see whether new opinions have been made public.
